Refund policy

At Savage Beast Fitness Co., every item is made to order specifically for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, buyer's remorse, or changes of mind.

Please review our sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

We Will Replace or Refund Orders That Arrive:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Defective
  • Misprinted
  • Incorrect due to our error

If your order arrives with one of these issues, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Once verified, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows your package has been lost in transit, contact us and we'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible because each item is made specifically for you.

Sale Items

All sale and promotional items are considered final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
