the savage beast mindset
🧠THE SAVAGE BEAST PHILOSOPHY
Mindset. Movement. Fuel. Discipline.
At Savage Beast Fitness Co., this isn’t just about looking good —
it’s about living like a warrior, finding the beast in a world full of sheep and weakness.
We believe fitness is therapy.
We believe clean food is fuel for the fight.
We believe your habits forge your identity.
🔥 THE MINDSET
We don’t chase motivation — we chase discipline.
Motivation fades. Emotion lies. Discipline wins.
You don’t need to be perfect — you need to be committed.
Every rep. Every bite. Every choice. Every day.
This isn’t about having time.
It’s about making time.
Warriors train. Weak men explain.
🦍 THE 90/10 RULE (you wrote 80/10 — assume that was a typo)
You don’t need to live like a monk.
You just need to own your shit 90% of the time.
That means:
-
Making clean, powerful food choices most of the week
-
Staying active — even when you’re tired
-
Avoiding processed trash — but not panicking over a slice of pizza
-
If you’re unsure, make the healthiest choice available
-
Doing the right thing when no one’s watching
-
The Days You Don’t Want to Go Are the Days That Define You
The day you feel tired… unmotivated… ready to skip —
that’s the day everything can change. That’s the day you hit a new PR.
That’s the day you finally break through what’s held you back for months.
That’s the day that separates the committed from the comfortable. You’ll never leave the gym saying,
“I wish I didn’t train.”
But skip it?
You’ll feel it all day.“I should’ve gone. I could’ve shown up. I didn’t.”
That regret stings way more than sore muscles.
Discipline means showing up when no one’s watching.
When you don’t feel like it.
When motivation is dead and buried. You go because your mind is trained to move —
not because you “feel like it.
Better beats perfect.
Awareness beats obsession.
Discipline beats motivation.
🥩 THE FUEL
Food is not entertainment. It’s not therapy.
It’s fuel for performance, recovery, and mental clarity.
That doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy life.
Go out. Have a drink. Hit the concert. Take the cruise.
We don’t do this to build a prison —
We do it so when life happens, your body can adapt and overcome.
But once the fun is done?
Put down the bottle and the pizza — and get back to work.
We eat like savages:
-
Whole, nutrient-dense food
-
Grass-fed, regeneratively raised meat
-
Raw dairy, real carbs, clean fats
That’s the gold standard — but it’s not all or nothing.
Sometimes the best choice is organic steak.
Sometimes it’s just grilled chicken over fries.
Stack better choices. Stack wins. Every damn day.
We Avoid the Bullshit — Not Out of Fear, But for Performance
We avoid:
-
Seed oils
-
Refined sugars
-
Ultra-processed garbage
Not because we’re scared — but because that shit slows us down.
It wrecks recovery. It clouds your mind. It fights against your goals.
But listen — don’t let food fear paralyze you.
In today’s world, you won’t always get it perfect.
If it has seed oil, you’re not doomed.
If it’s not grass-fed, it’s not a failure.
Better beats perfect. Always.
You know what to avoid — so avoid it when you can.
Stack the better choice.
Skip the fries. Grab the grilled. Read the label. Learn as you go.
Just don’t quit trying because the options aren’t perfect.
This isn’t about panic.
It’s about awareness, intention, and discipline.
You don’t need fear.
You need focus.
Your body will thank you —
Not for being perfect — but for giving a damn and choosing better.
One cheat meal won’t ruin your progress.
But a lazy lifestyle will.
đź’€ MODERN COMFORT IS THE ENEMY
This world is designed to weaken men:
-
Uber Eats over effort
-
Pills over purpose
-
Comfort over challenge
Sedentary is the new smoking.
Sweat is medicine. Steel is therapy. Structure is freedom.
If the world softens you — it owns you.
🗣️ THE CODE
-
Discipline > Emotion
-
Clean > Convenient
-
One step forward > Waiting for perfect
-
Training isn’t optional — it’s survival
-
Lead yourself, so you can lead others
âś… JOIN THE MISSION
This isn’t just a fitness brand.
It’s a battle standard for anyone clawing their way back from weakness.
You don’t need a new life.
You need a new standard.
Uncage the Beast.
Fuel with purpose.
Move with intensity.
Live with intention.
The Man Behind the Mission
I spent over 15 years in the U.S. Army—an Infantryman through and through. 42 months deployed in combat zones. I’ve held every role from rifleman to Platoon Sergeant. I was a Drill Sergeant and later a Drill Sergeant Leader, forging Soldiers into warriors who could lead others. I’ve led from the front in firefights, walked away from IED blasts, and carried the weight of brothers I’ll never see again.
But nothing prepared me for what came after.
When I got out, I lost myself. The mission was gone. The structure, the purpose, the identity—it all vanished. I spiraled. Anxiety took over. Depression rooted deep. There were days I couldn’t even leave my room. I drank a half gallon a day just to numb the silence. I ballooned up to 300 pounds. 35% body fat. I was a ghost in my own home—barely a man, definitely not a father, and nothing like the leader I once was.
But I remembered something: The Beast was still in there.
One day, I got sick of my own bullshit. I stopped feeling sorry for myself. I pulled my head out of the fog and decided to go to war again—this time with my mind, my body, and my excuses.
In less than a year, I dropped nearly 90 pounds. I clawed my way from 300 lbs at 35% body fat to 212 lbs at 9%. Not through some shortcut. Not through luck. Through discipline, structure, and the iron mindset I once lived by. I stopped hiding and became the example my kids needed to see. I became the man I was always meant to be—again.
Fitness saved my life.
This brand—Savage Beast Fitness Co.—was built to do the same for others. For anyone who’s lost themselves, for the vets trying to adjust, for the men struggling in silence, for the women battling demons behind closed doors—you are not done.
You don’t need motivation.
